COVID-19 Vaccination Survey
Discovering attitudes towards vaccination in Malaysia and Singapore
This survey is part of our research to uncover possible reasons individuals within our community are hesitant towards taking the COVID-19 Vaccine. We hope that our findings can provide insight to individuals, caregivers and vaccine distributors to better communicate the importance of vaccination.
All information collected will be kept anonymous and will be kept private in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
